1. Controller details

LeeTech IM LTD ("Leeway", "we", "us", "our") is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through https://www.leeway-im.com. You can contact us about this policy or your data at info@leeway-im.com.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

  • Identity and contact data you submit through the contact form (such as name, email, and phone).
  • Business information you choose to include in your inquiry.
  • Technical and usage data from analytics and advertising measurement tools. In the EEA and the UK we collect this only where you have given consent. In countries whose law does not require prior consent, these tools run by default and you can turn them off at any time from the cookie banner.
  • Security-related information needed to prevent spam and abuse.

3. How we collect it

We collect data directly from you when you complete the contact form or correspond with us, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you have consented to optional analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookies Policy for detail.

4. Purposes & legal bases

Under the GDPR / UK GDPR we process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Responding to inquiries and pre-contract communication — necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
  • Website security and integrity — our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and preventing abuse.
  • Analytics, campaign measurement, and remarketing — in the EEA and the UK, your consent, given through the cookie banner. Where local law does not require prior consent, our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our marketing, which you can object to at any time by turning off optional cookies in the banner.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance — compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent, optional analytics and advertising measurement cookies (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel). You can manage your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. Full detail is in our Cookies Policy.

6. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (processors) who act on our instructions to operate this site, including:

  • Cloud hosting and content delivery (Amazon Web Services / CloudFront).
  • Analytics and advertising measurement (Google, Meta) — with your consent in the EEA and the UK, and on an opt-out basis where local law permits.
  • Spam and abuse prevention (Google reCAPTCHA).

We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country or the EEA/UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where relevant), or transfers to jurisdictions covered by an adequacy decision.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy or as required by law, after which we securely delete or anonymize it. Contact-form correspondence is retained for the period needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you, and request a copy.
  • Request correction, deletion, or restriction of your data.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Request portability of data you provided to us.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@leeway-im.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

11. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date.
