Honest advice first

Custom software is not always the answer

A custom build is a serious investment, and it pays off in specific situations. In the first conversation we help you figure out which side of this line you are on. If an existing platform solves your problem, we will tell you, because a system you did not need is expensive twice: once to build and once to maintain.

A custom build makes sense when

The questions every client asks first

Straight answers to the things people usually want to know before the first call. If your question is not here, ask it in the consultation and you will get the same kind of answer.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on scope, which is why discovery comes first. After discovery you receive either a fixed quote or a clear budget range before any build starts. If we think the budget does not match the ambition, we say so early and suggest what to trim or stage.

How long does a project take?

Small internal tools usually take 4 to 8 weeks. A typical platform takes 3 to 6 months. You see working software every two weeks either way, so progress is visible from the first month rather than promised for the last one.

What happens after launch?

The system is monitored, issues get fixed within agreed response times, and improvements ship on a regular schedule. You can also take maintenance in house, and we prepare the handover to make that realistic.

We already have a system. Can you extend it instead of rebuilding?

Often yes, and it is usually the cheaper path. We start with a technical audit of what exists, then recommend extending, integrating, or rebuilding based on what we find. Rebuilding is the last resort, not the default.

How involved does my team need to be?

A few hours per week from someone who knows the process and can answer questions and review progress. That single habit is the biggest predictor of a project that lands well.
